FLGBTQC's 2016 Mid-Winter Gathering

Meeting for

Worship

Greene offers us multiple housing options: dorm, single rooms, and even some winter camping!

Accessibility

We are striving to make this gathering as accessible as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have about accessibility plans!

Housing

In addition to Meeting for Worship with Attention to Business, we will enjoy daily spaces for worship. The weather may even allow some outdoors worship!

We will enjoy amazing meals which will all feature vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, and gluten-free options. There will also be fruit and granola available for snacks all day.

Meals & Snacks

With three tracks this year and two different days of time spent reflecting, learning, and engaging, our workshops will be really stellar!

Do you feel led to lead a workshop? Find out more and submit a proposal here!

Keynote Speaker

Julio Salgado is a gay Mexican-born artist who grew up in California. Through the use of art, Salgado has become a well-known activist within the DREAM Act movement. Salgado uses his art to empower undocumented and queer people by telling their story and putting a human face to the issue. He has worked on various art projects that address anti-immigrant discourse, the issues of what it means to be undocumented, and what it means to be undocu-queer.
